Meet the chef
Christian, who is half English and half Norwegian, took his first steps into the catering industry by studying at Bournemouth and Poole College for his NVQ Diploma in Professional Catering.
Michelin Star Experience
Christian has been a chef for over 10 years now and has been cooking in the best local restaurants and hotels, including two with one Michelin star. After some time gaining knowledge and experience in hotels, he ventured to the high seas cooking on a 78m sailing ship, cruise ship and a 133m luxury mega yacht!
Your own private chef
Christian is now running a successful Private Chef and Chocolatier business in the local area - Salt Cø - and loves what he does. Creating bespoke multi course menus for dinner parties and making hand crafted chocolates for the masses.

Everything you would expect from a restaurant in the comfort of your own luxury lodge. First class service and first class food, all you need to do is relax. Catering for couples or large groups, the chef brings all ingredients, prepares the meal in your lodge kitchen, serves each dish, and does the washing up before leaving.
