We hope you are looking forward to your holiday with us soon!  In light of the current situation, we have decided to alter the check-in process in order to minimise the contact you will have with staff and other guests.

Rather than coming to reception, you can go straight to your lodge. Your lodge will be left unlocked, and your key and card will be in the card slot on the right when you go through the door.

Check in is now from 5pm. Please do not arrive before 5pm, as due to the current situation we have additional cleaning to carry out in lodges to make sure we are COVID-19 secure. Unfortunately, early check-ins are not possible.

You have one car parking space outside of your lodge. Please try where you can bring less cars as we are limited on parking spaces. If you have more than one car, can you leave the others up at reception unless you are in lodges 14, 15, 17, 19, 20 21 or 22 which have two car parking spaces.

We will leave a folder on your coffee table, which has all the information you need for your stay, including your WIFI codes.

Check out is 10am we ask that you leave your key in your front door so the cleaners know you have departed and can enter the lodge safely. If you leave early please put your key in the key box outside reception front door.

Reception will remain open during your stay. If you do need to see us in reception, only one household will be allowed at a time and social distancing will apply.

We have a shop on site next to the Reception, which is open between 8am and 6pm.

If there is an issue while you are here during the day please ring or email reception or call in and see us and we will try are best to resolve this for you. There is an emergency out of hours number for contacting a duty manager which can be found in your welcome folder.

During your stay if maintenance needs to be carried out, we ask you to arrange a time with us when you are out of the lodge and we will put PPE on and enter. If the issue needs rectifying urgently we ask that only one member of the lodge explains the issue and please apply social distancing.

When you leave your lodge we would be so grateful if you can dispose of your rubbish in the bins around the lodges for us and turn the dishwasher on.

We ask as you are the lead name of the booking please can you make sure everyone staying in the lodge receives this information to limit contact between our guests and staff.
