Ultra AX is a medical grade surface wipe system that protects against 99.9% of bacteria and viruses and has been clinically proven to fight coronavirus.

Checkout time will be 10 clock we cannot accommodate a late checkout please leave your key either in your front door, so the cleaners know you have departed or in our key box on the wall outside Reception.

We ask before you leave to put the dishwasher on and dispose of all your rubbish in the bins outside your lodge or alternatively tie the top of all your bin bags and leave in the lodge.

What does my lodge have in it?

Our lodges are designed to feel like a home and we have tried to think of everything for you to have an enjoyable self-catering break. You can explore our lodges on our video tours page here.

We provide cleaning cloths and disinfectant spray and a bottle of hand sanitiser for all our guests. These are kept in your lodge ready for your arrival. Your lodge is also stocked with a starter kit of toilet rolls and there’s hand soap in the bathroom too.

There will also be a breakfast pack in your lodge in the fridge.

How is my hot tub sanitised?

We follow guidance from the hot tub industry.

Our hot hub staff give each hot tub a daily dosing of sanitiser to keep the water healthy, while ensuring the inside of the tubs above the waterline and lids are effectively sanitised.

You might see our team on your decking when they carry out two daily checks. This is to ensure your hot tub is sanitised effectively. Social distancing will be applied throughout this process.

We also recommend taking a shower before you relax in the hot tub. Further information about using your hot tub can be found in your welcome folder on your coffee table.
