The government has imposed a national lockdown in England during which everyone must stay at home.

Because of this Burnbake is not permitted to open. Therefore, if you have a booking with us and you are due to travel before the 26th  February 2021, we will contact you with your options.

If you have a booking on or after 26th February 2021, rest assured that we will be in touch with the options available to you closer to the time if your break is affected.

We are small family owned business and would appreciate if our customers would defer their booking rather than cancel to help our survival for the future, however we understand that every guest booking comes with its own set of circumstances.

Our campsite is closed for the winter, re-opening end of April 2021 (weather/Covid permitting).

Rest assured, if circumstances change we do not want our guests, who have booked already, to lose out and wish to offer you the following options:

1: A credit note to the value of your holiday, valid until 18th December 2021.
2: A transfer of your booking up to 12 months from your arrival date. If your new date is more expensive, then you would need to pay the difference 8 weeks prior to the booking.

Any bookings that have paid a deposit will not be refunded, but we can offer you a credit note for the value of your deposit to be used within the Burnbake brand until December 2021 or a free transfer of dates. We will match dates with like for like pricing where possible.

Bookings made, due to ever changing Government guidelines, will be subject to change, either by movement of dates or issue of a credit note. Further terms and conditions apply.
